If you wish to cancel your camp registration and apply for a credit of your session fee to another week of camp, you can contact us at info@ednovaacademy.com. The following policies and timelines apply.
- If you notify us 24 hours from registration, we will issue a 100% refund.
- If you notify us 4 weeks before the first day of the registered session, you can apply for a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment or a 75% refund.
- If you notify us 2 weeks before the first day of the registered session, you may receive a 75% credit on your account for a future registration, or a 50% refund.
- If you notify us 1 week before the first day of the registered session, you may receive a 50% credit on your account for a future registration, or a 25% refund.
- If you notify us within 1 week before the first day of the registered session, you may receive a 25% credit on your account for a future registration, no refund will be issued.
