Overview

I. INTRODUCTION

Did you know that the only functionality of a web application that the user directly interacts with is through the web page? A poorly created and implemented website will result in an irrelevant server-side outcome to the user. Today, users expect a lot out of the web page. I should load fast, expose the desired service, and be comfortable to view on all devices from desktop computers to tablets and mobile phones.

(Summer Camp - Build a Website)

We signed up for a Build a Website camp, but we were scheduled for Movie Making a day prior the camp started due to low enrollment. While we remain flexible and understanding, the notice was not enough for us to cancel. It was a great camp for those who had experience Scratch. The instructor had little to no instructions on how to use the website, where to find things etc. my daughter struggled the first day due to lack of instructions and guidance. The instructor had only shared his screen for students to copy. It was bad where he was also in a beach or vacation place where students can hear the party music on the background. The instructor was late for the last 2 days of camp. I was hoping that my child would learn the basics of coding but all she learned was to copy codes.

Dear parent - Sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with the camp.
1. As far as changes in camp goes - we try our level best to accommodate what you signed up for until last day. As a last resort, we request you to change, but we also give additional options besides changing the camp.
2. We have checked with the instructor and looking into the background noise , you were referring to. Instructor was in the office building , we know that for sure
Nevertheless, since you lost time by being late by the instructor, we will arrange make up session of your choice (build a website or scratch classes). We can provide you the schedules.
