Summer Art Camps by East Otter Studio

I am a local artist, educator and owner of East Otter Studio. I am teaching summer art camps for 2021 at Sylvan Learning, Hiawatha, Iowa. I also love to paint in my studio, on any kind of surface. I find inspiration from Otter Creek and farm where I live. My husband and I fell in love with the land and creek. We were married on our footbridge across Otter Creek as well as built a home. I am a graduate from the University of Iowa with a bachelors degree in elementary education and an art specialization. I also love spending my time at the Eastern Iowa Arts Academy in Cedar Rapids, teaching and mentoring young artists.
