WOW!!! Dr. JJs Emotion Camps have added SO much quality to my life in so many ways!! I LOVE how real JJ is, she helps guide the group through our emotional struggles in a way that makes you feel connected & seen. I’ve seen a load of mental health professionals and JJ was the only one who honestly got real results! She showed me how to empower myself, get outta my own way, and take the reins of my life again... not to mention taking life and myself less seriously! Emotion’s camps are wholesome, effective, and a fun time!!

I attended several Emotions Camps in 2019 and early 2020 as a teenager, and I loved every minute of it! Within a short amount of time, I learned a LOT about emotion regulation, how to name and validate what I'm feeling, and how to effectively interact with other people. The skills that I learned from DBT changed my life. I am more confident in who I am. I'm happier. Life challenges are easier to navigate, now that I know what my values are. I can't recommend attending Emotions Camp enough — it'll change your kid's life too.

I've done a few of JJ's emotions camps over the last few years and they've all been a blast! They're like if you mashed a summer camp, meditation retreat, and a year of therapy together into a fun, activity driven good time. I make sure to stay in the loop so I never miss these!
