Overview

MINECRAFT CAMP
Friday, July 5 (1 day)
8:30am-4:30pm (extended hours 8:30am-5:30pm available)
Ages 6-11

Whether your kids are Minecraft fans or not, we will have fun using a Minecraft theme to work on offline and online engineering, technology, math, and art projects.

Young campers are challenged with offline building and farming design, create art with a Minecraft theme and have a little time to show off their Minecraft world.

Older campers solve Minecraft engineering challenges, create pixelated art and have a chance to teach each other some of their Minecraft secrets, and we have books they can use to research crafting recipes.

Campers are welcome to bring devices that have Minecraft uploaded/connected, however, it is not required as we will not be playing Minecraft all day.

Click "See Available Sessions" to view both age groups. Please note, age groups may be combined if enrollment is low.

Campers should bring two snacks, lunch and a water bottle each day, and wear close-toed shoes.

Hi Deborah, Thanks for your message. It depends on which program you are inquiring about. Our Young Explorers classes (3-5 year olds) require parent participation during class. Parents sometimes stay for the first week of homeschool classes, and during Girl Scout workshops as well. Parents do not stay for after-school programs, Parents' Night Out or our camps. Hopefully, I covered the program you are interested in. If not, please let me know so I can clarify. Thanks for your interest, Tonya -
