Awesome camp as always. Our daughter really enjoyed it.

About a month ago in May, I registered for mid June camps for both my kids with full payment and confirmation in email. Today (10 days before the start of summer camp), I received an email telling me that one of my kids is still on the waitlist for this camp ???!!! Later, I received another email informing me that my other kid is also on the waitlist.

Being a full-time working mom, I spent hours to research and plan my kids' summer schedule so that we can survive the summer. It's really unprofessional, and unacceptable to inform parents with one week notice that the full camp fee they paid was for the waitlists (that they were not even aware of). This showed the lack of management of this summer camp.

Too bad that both kids were really looking forward to it. Sharing this experience so that others be aware before they book in the future.

This was a wonderful camp. The kids learned so much about creative design and real world application. My child came out of the camp with an amazing 3D model of his idea.

Well organized, accommodating, patient staff. My kid loves the fashion cap. We’ll come back for more.

it was great experience for my daughter. She loves it!!

My 8 year old daughter went to this camp last summer and had a blast. She loved the ability to design her own outfit, and with the support of the staff, create and finish a complete product, including accessories. It gave her great confidence in her designing capabilities as well as execution, and she started to draw dress designs on her own following this camp.

We couldn't believe my kids learn in 5days, she learned how to measure, cut and sew. On the last day she was wearing an outfit that she had made. Complete with accessories. This camp is great, students and staffs. I would highly recommend this class for children.

My daughter took the Fashion design 1 class last summer and is so excited for Fashion design 2. If your child loves to design cloths or is a fashionista they will love this camp. My daughter had a good time planning her design and then making it. She was so excited for camp everyday. Everyone was kind supportive and fun.

My 10 year old niece and her friend had a sleep over and played “fashion designer” with DesignX’s fashion design kit. They had fun for hours creating outfits using the fabric provided by DesignX and some scrap pieces around the house. I highly recommend their kit!

This class gives your child all the tools they need to express their creativity and the freedom to find their voice. It's really a lovely class that gives kids the opportunity to really make something on their own. The teacher was amazing and supportive!

When I heard DezignKidz was shutting down, my two girls were really bummed out because they have been attending summer camps there for the past 7 years. But thank goodness Durga has opened DesignX. They have many of the same classes as DezignKidz and my children loved learning how to use the sewing machine. We shall be there again this summer and next year my littlest one will be old enough to join the fun. Yeah!

My daughter attended the summer camp first time this summer, and I'm so happy that she enjoyed the camp so much. Everyday during the drive home, she can't wait telling me how her progress on her projects - which fabric she picked, why that color, what accessories she is making etc. Originally she was not sure about the runway show, but when the time comes, she is so excited. The next day after the camp we went on a trip, she insists on wearing the skirt she made, along with the messenger bag, necklaces and earrings. She has been asking to go back the same camp next year, doing more fashion design and interior design. Quite a few of her friends are interested in going as well after seeing her final products.
