Overview

Get creative with coding!

In this 5 day camp, students will learn to code their own games and build a website.

While the coding language may stay the same, themes will vary. This provides students with a well rounded introduction to multiple computer languages.

Themes include:

Mon- CodeMonkey: an Introduction to Python
Tue- Build a Travel Blog with Weebly using HTML
Wed- Make a Game in Scratch
Thur- Build a Travel Blog with Weebly using HTML (part 2)
Fri- CodeMonkey: an Introduction to Python

This S.T.E.M. class offers a great way to get kids excited about computer science. Our small class size enables students to make new friends around the world while learning computer language that is used globally.

Studio Policies

Students must use a device that includes either a camera or a microphone (smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer). **
All Classes are recorded, but all not all recordings are publicly shared.
Students in classes for ages 7-12 should be able to engage with peers without parent assistance. Parents should not be on camera during the class. If your child has learning needs that require your presence please email us prior to registering for class.

Both my kids (a 10 year old and a 7 year old) really enjoyed the Chess Camp: Absolute Beginner. The instructor, Mr. Georges, was very engaging and made the camp fun and exciting. Both my kids had some knowledge of the game and had such an enjoyable time learning the foundations of chess and also different strategies and techniques of playing chess. They looked forward to the camp every day and wished it was longer than one hour. I highly recommend the camp to anyone interested in chess. Additionally, Ms. Rae's customer service is exceptional and she runs her camps very well and professionally.
