About
Camp Doodles

Why Camp Doodles?
Our program is progressive and our curriculum is intentional. It has been designed by experienced curriculum directors and based on leading research and theory. After 20+ years of running summer camps, we know what works and what doesn’t.

Our program is centered on maker-empowered learning and built on core STEAM fundamentals.

We have programs for kids as young as 3 years old because, well, when you are trying to teach something this important, you can never start too soon.

Our curriculum exposes kids to a wealth of experiences that will serve as dots of knowledge for future creative endeavors. From our Maker and 3D Art Labs to our long list of specialty activities in our ‘X’ Lab.

Our enthusiastic and engaged team members choose Doodle year after year for one reason – they love our kids! They must meet the highest standards including a full background check. They are the life blood of our program and we are so proud and honored to share our amazing journey with them.

The Doodle Experience
What would you see if you watched your child at Doodle?

Well, first off, there’d be the smile; a big one that reflects engagement, and the sense of self-confidence that goes with knowing that you have what it takes to rise up and meet the challenge presented.

You’d see your child, whether working independently or collaboratively, intently focused on making creative solutions of their own design. You would see them building both hard and soft skills to make them a more well-rounded person.

And you’d see our team – encouraging, coaching, ‘guiding from within,’ igniting creativity, gently challenging, supporting every idea, fostering collaboration and laughing and being silly right alongside the children. After all, we are all just big kids at heart!

Our Staff

All of our staff have First Aid certification and pass a fingerprinted background check with the FBI and DOJ.

Highly recommend it! My daughter's excitement and sometimes lack of intent to leave the camp in the afternoon is a huge indication that she had blast and loved the camp. Every morning the instructors welcomed her with a great smile and that means a lot to me. She brought home lots of experiments they worked on during the week.

I was so excited for my boys to do a camp with "art" or activities that they created things. This was not the case. To me it was just another babysitting experience with more games than creative outlets. They did build a windmill, but otherwise just basic put objects (already laid out for them) on fabric in the sun (why not at least have them go on a walk and find fun nature items then turn their fabric into something), 3D pen art, ect. My kids didn't even want to finish the week and I was definitely disappointed.

Amazing staff and program. My kids couldn't wait to go everyday and asked to be picked up at the "latest" time possible. I always felt my kids were safe, emotionally and physically.. They made friends with campers quickly and felt comfortable with the counselors who were great role models. I couldn't have asked for a better camp experience for my K and 1st grader boys. My 3 year old daughter is asking when she could start Camp Doodles too. Their smiles everyday said it all. Thank you!!
