Overview

Creative Kids love Cosmo's Art Camp! From Art Projects to Slime Making to Fashion Design , we'll lead you through the steps to create something new each day. At Camp Cosmo, you'll get to do the kind of art you love, while you make new artistic friends from across the country. (Parents, you'll be happy to know that at Camp Cosmo, kids also get a fun exercise challenge every day.)

SMALL CLASS SIZES: Cosmo Camps maintain a very low student/teacher ratio, so every child gets personalized attention from beginning to end. At other online camps, kids stay on mute and can get lost in the shuffle. At Camp Cosmo every child is seen and heard, and is part of the action.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

For Art: Paper or sketchbook, pens, pencils, markers, colored pencils, watercolors, Sharpies, scissors, ruler

For Slime: Glue, activator, shaving cream.

For Build Battle: A small collection of recycled objects (paper towel tubes, egg cartons, cereal boxes, etc...), some tape or hot glue, scissors and markers)

This is such a fantastic class for students. My daughter always raves about the class afterwards and I've noticed her reading has significantly improved in expression; she used to read in a very monotone voice. After the first few classes, I can hear her reading with so much more expression and flair.
