A short and sweet day retreat for teen girls only :)  

Gather your daughter and her girl friends to join Jessica for a fun retreat! Your daughter will walk away feeling empowered and more confident to handle difficult life challenges! 

She will learn a few different mindfulness coping tools that will help her when she faces those hard moments in life. 

If your daughter enjoys this mindfulness retreat, Jessica offers 1:1 virtual mentoring so she can continue this growth journey. 

A bit about the instructor: 

As an International Mindset Mentor for teen girls and Calm and Colorful Founder, Jessica Brittani, empowers youth with the confidence to love and accept themselves unconditionally, feel comfortable in their skin, and make courageous decisions that lead to independent, positive, and intentional choices.

Jessica serves her girls through transformative 1-on-1 coaching sessions and in-between session support. Her girls never feel stuck or alone as they face life challenges, she believes strong relationships are a key to self-development! Jessica is passionate about helping teen girls gain confidence, self-responsibility, and emotional intelligence through mindset tools, coping skills, and self-concepts.

She travels full-time spreading her work everywhere she goes. You may find Jessica leading in-person retreats, working in the classroom - bringing mindfulness to schools, or at book signings for her interactive coloring book, Breathe in Color. Jessica Brittani believes learning the tools to live a Calm & Colorful life should start young!

A bit more about mindfulness:

Mindfulness is simply… noticing what is happening right now.

We will learn simple mindfulness tools teaching them how to be in the present moment at any time. We will also play mindfulness games because learning with play is the best way to learn! 

We tend to be REactive. For example, when someone says something we don’t like to hear, we react.  Sometimes we say something that we would like to take back the moment after we blurt it out. Or we get knocked down by a heavy emotion and it can take days to bounce back, sometimes even weeks.

Mindfulness helps us create space between a strong emotion and our actions. We learn to deal with positive and negative experiences more calmly and by making better decisions.

When we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings, we can respond in a more clever way, without hurting our own feelings or the feelings of others. As we create more emotional balance, we are less easily knocked down by our emotions, but in moments when we are knocked down, we bounce back faster.
