Bitty City Players

Bitty City Players creates opportunities for NYC children to explore the world through the arts and science!  We are awed and inspired daily by the children we work with, and strive always to give our students the joyful and creative learning experiences we'd wish for our own children - and for our younger selves! Underlining all our work is a focus on social-emotional learning, and teaching confidence, empathy, and resilience.

Based upon our decades of experience in the classroom, both as teachers and students, our team knows that engaging in hands-on, brains-on, put-your-whole-self-in activities is the best way to connect to kids, and get them excited about what they're learning. We at Bitty City Players deeply believe that dramatic play and sensory involvement are the most effective educational tools with young children, and we incorporate both into our innovative curricula.

We provide camps throughout the year, afterschool classes, early childhood classroom workshops, imaginative parties, and more! We are a small organization and pride ourselves on personal service for all our clients.

We have recently founded a nonprofit arm and look forward to doing a greater quantity of accessible programming with schools and families in underresourced areas of the city.
