Overview

Our fun, energetic, multi-sport Spring Break Camp provides Student ATHletes ages 8-12 years old with a positive environment to increase their athletic ability through exposure to elite performance coaching. The camp will include weight training, skills drills, games, and friendly competitions. 

The kids will learn coordination and teamwork skills as well as be introduced to fundamental resistance training, speed and agility movements. This camp is a favorite of our Student ATHletes and is not to be missed!
