Many of our instructors  have trained for over 5 years at minimum and have completed at least 60 hours of in-person teacher training with renowned aerial duo, Paper Doll Militia (Aerial Silks Level 1 and 2) in addition to working with other mentors in the aerial community.

This place really helps everyone of all ages and levels progress in fitness. It's like family at this business. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into planning, teaching, and maintenance. I feel like each week there is a change for the better. I hope to always keep visiting Ascend Aerial.
