In this camp, campers will learn skills to effectively frame arguments, and build techniques for competing in debate tournaments.. 

Graduates of the program will understand - 

1. How to constructively frame arguments,
2. Evaluate opposing views, and create counterarguments (rebuttals)
3. Analyze evidence
4. Techniques useful in a debate competition

They will learn to clearly and confidently communicate their thoughts with evidence and supporting facts. 

Last day of the camp students will do a mock debate that parents can attend/watch.

The location is tentative to be confirmed by mid-May. We are trying to move closer to Palo Alto downtown.
