Overview

Adventure Kids University is a daily, play based preschool program for children ages 3-5! Adventure Kids University features the Funnydaffer Curriculum. 

We provide a supportive environment for your child to learn, play, explore, and grow! All lesson plans are written with the power of play in mind and include themed play, circle time, math, literacy, centers, reading/ writing, science and more!  ​ 

The Funnydaffer curriculum encompasses an educational philosophy which helps children achieve the following..

  • Develop a moral compass through lesson plans that help children learn how to make decisions and solve problems on their own.
  • Reach their highest potential
  • Achieve a positive world view
  • Gain tools to achieve success in school
  • Develop behaviors that benefit themselves and society

We had to do 25 minutes of waivers when we arrived bc we werent sent any info ahead of time. "Art Camp" seemed to be just a regular daycare day and they did 2 crafts. The staff was very kind to us but was not at all what we were anticipating and not worth $80.

Jackie, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations on Art Day. We are a licensed childcare center so pre-registration is required to meet our licensing requirements. We will make sure that is more clear in our camp listings here on AH. I have asked our Director, Amanda, to call you to get more feedback on the Art Day Curriculum and the number of activities that were executed throughout the day. Not all of the activities result in a piece of art to take home. I hope you will give AKP another try.

What a great place! My daughter enjoys to go here every time since we moved to Katy in 2018. All the staff is great… Everyone is very nice and professional and keep kids occupied with creative project all the time. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking drop off kids in a fun safe environment!

My son has been going to Adventure Kids Playcare for a few months and loves it. Since he is home-schooled, it was important to find a social environment that fostered his specific needs. He is on the autism spectrum and has social skills impairments and had less social opportunities when he was enrolled in the public schools. Since he has been attending Adventure Kids Playcare, he had more social opportunities with his same aged peers and his social communication skills have improved significantly.
This program has surpassed my expectations and I am thankful that I was able to find a program that fostered his social skills and allowed his personal growth. I am looking forward to seeing him flourish more.
