About
Achievers

Achievers is a comprehensive after-school enrichment program with a commitment to optimise teaching and  learning, and facilitate a child’s holistic all-round development.

With a safe and stimulating environment, and exposure to multidimensional facets of education that are beyond academics, we encompass a child’s intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. We strongly believe that education does not begin and end at school.

With this very thought in mind, Achievers provides a child with a spectrum of opportunities to explore, and the tools and guidance to excel at them. We believe that each individual child is unique and should be challenged according to their abilities. Education should stretch a child in a well-balanced fashion so they can rise above and beyond the “grade level”.

We strive to help children realise and assess their strengths, weaknesses, capabilities and areas to work on. We regard that each child should also be groomed to be highly successful in their post-education life by teaching the basic principles and tools to deal with everyday situation.

By engaging children in fun-based hands-on activities in a social setting, we instill attributes such as teamwork, compassion, morale and self-esteem in them, which are pivotal to a child’s holistic development.

Our Staff

Our staff is a good mix of credentialed and experienced teachers,  aspiring young counselors, entrepreneurs and subject matter experts. We also have guest speakers who are professionals that come and share their knowledge and experience with children. Our team is passionate, resourceful and dedicated to provide your child with best care and experience.

All our staff and interns/volunteers have cleared a process of background checks and fingerprinting, mandatory to work with kids. There is always a CPR/ First Aid certified instructor present at the facility.

Pros: My son loved making projects. The time given to work on the project each day (2 hours adn 30 minutes) helped him improve and learn.

Improvement: Better ways of communication. This was my son's first time in this camp. On the last day of the week, there was a pizza treat and he was the only kid who did not get the pizza. The reason being that the parent had not signed for the pizza. I was never informed during the week about this until my son came in the evening upset about not getting pizza.

Hi Veena,
I am sad to hear about the Pizza issue. We communicate the Friday pizza lunch that families can sign up for in many ways.
An email is sent out to all families before the camp starts that has all the details on what to expect during the week including Pizza Friday with instructions on how to sign up.
We have a Pizza sign up sheet right next to the Attendance sign-in sheet so parents don't miss it. This is placed there on Monday and stays until Friday.
We also do multiple assemblies with children to go over what is happening during the week and pizza Friday is also announced at that time.

We order pizzas according to the number of sign-ups we get. It's unfortunate you missed the multiple reminders.

However, I saw your son feeling sad that he was not signed up, and I personally offered him pizza that he did have. I didn't want him to feel the way he was feeling. You can fact-check that with him.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this situation might have caused.

Best Regards,
Divya

Hi Divya,

I apologize for the mistake. When I checked again, it turns out you did offer him pizza.

Achievers is the best camp my daughter attended so far . She is always excited for the next day . During the KidChen camp she came home with so many yummy deserts like tarts , cookies , cheese cake , etc. I must also mention that the all teachers and staff members are very responsible and friendly . I must mention when Miss Neeru called me promptly when she noticed my daughter wasn’t feeling well and we could get her to the doctors in timely manner. Really big big thanks to the entire team of teachers and staff members! You guys made summer fun for kids and care free for parents !! Cheers!!

Hi , All the kids wear mask during the time they spend at Achievers. We make sure kids wash their hands multiple time between the activities. Clay is not shared with any other student. We do not serve snack but they can eat their own snacks on our single seating desks. - Neeru -
