Camp
Student-Teacher Ratio 10:1
This camp is an exciting, hands-on adventure where campers dive into the world of design, engineering, and innovation. Throughout the camp, kids learn how to create their own gadgets and inventions, using everyday materials and tools to bring their imaginative ideas to life. Whether they’re building simple machines, crafting DIY electronics, or designing their own tech toys, this camp fosters creativity and problem-solving in a fun and engaging way.
Campers are guided through a series of interactive projects where they explore basic principles of engineering, circuitry, and mechanics. They might create fun gadgets like motion-sensitive alarms, light-up keychains, or even custom-built robots! Along the way, they’ll learn how different components work together, from batteries and wires to motors and sensors, while gaining hands-on experience with tools and technology.
The camp is a perfect blend of creativity and critical thinking. Kids collaborate in teams or work individually to design and test their gadgets, refining their creations through trial and error. They’ll also have the chance to customize their inventions, using artistic elements like paint, stickers, and decals to add a personal touch.
By the end of the camp, campers will not only have a collection of cool gadgets they’ve built themselves, but they’ll also have a deeper understanding of how technology works, sparking a lifelong interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). The camp is all about inspiring young minds to think like inventors, explore new ideas, and, most importantly, have fun while creating!
