Partial Payment: We accept a $125 non-refundable downpayment to hold your child's place in camp. The remainder will be due 2 weeks before the start of camp. Failure to pay the remainder (and not communicating with the studio) may result in losing your down payment and your child's place in camp.
Cancellations: A minimum $125 non-refundable downpayment can be made on any camp. Unless Camp Tuition Insurance is purchased, there are no refunds or credits for the cancellation of CAMP. If Camp Tuition Insurance is purchased, you may request a full refund up to 2 days before the start of camp. After that time, a 30% admin fee will be deducted from any refund before the camp starts. There are no refunds or credits after the camp begins. We may be able to accommodate a move to another camp if space allows.
Absences: There are no credits or make-ups for missed camp days. Please try to attend all days of camp as we work on many of the projects in stages throughout the week.
Sick Policy: In consideration of everyone's health, please do not send a sick child to class. We reserve the right to send a child home if displaying obvious signs of illness &/or requires that a mask be worn. Please contact the studio to discuss your options at least 2 hours before the start of camp.
Charter School Funds: Charter funds are not accepted for camps unless express permission has been granted. If the camp is paid for with charter funds, there are no credits, refunds, or make-ups for any missed days.
