Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: We are happy to offer an 85% refund or credit if a student withdraws from class at least 14 days before the start date of the session. This will allow us time to fill the spot and the (-15%) of the tuition will help cover costs & fees associated with the transactions. If a cancellation occurs 3-13 days before the start of class, studio credit will be issued, less 30% of the tuition. There are no refunds or studio credits given thereafter.
We can try to move the student to a different class if space is available.
Absences: If your student must miss class, inform the studio in writing at least 2 hours before the class begins by emailing info@averyboo.com. If there is space in another class available, during the same week, we can reschedule or offer a 10% account credit. Any class that is missed without notice is considered a "no show" and will not be given a make-up or 10% account credit.
Sick Policy: In consideration of everyone's health, please do not send a sick child to class. We reserve the right to send a child home if displaying obvious signs of illness &/or require that a mask be worn. Please contact the studio to discuss your options at least 2 hours before the start of class.
Charter School Funds: If the class is paid for with charter funds, there are no credits, refunds, or make-ups for any missed class once the session has begun.
I highly recommend this art studio for kids! My son has taken the weekly art class there for a couple of months and also gone to the Saturday studio ceramics painting a couple of times. He absolutely loves it and the teachers are wonderful! Last Saturday, they remembered that he really wanted to paint a panda so that had one set aisde for him when he arrived. I've also been very impressed with the amazing artwork my son has done there.
Nice and cozy space for art classes for children. Staff is friendly. My daughter enjoyed her first class during winter break. She is looking forward to starting weekly classes soon.
It’s my child’s first art class. She looks forward to going to the class every week and is excited to show us her artwork. We are signed up for the next session.
