Overview



In this fun Scratch Junior class, we will create a series of animations and games while learning about core coding concepts. For example, your child will learn loops, messaging, how to capture events in a game to take action, and a lot more. We will go from simple projects with different characters working independently, to connecting characters with complex actions. Your child will also get to apply their artistic skills to create their own sprites, tell stories, and share their math and science knowledge.

Although we enjoyed the class, be aware that if you sign up for a class with Young Gates, they will aggressively keep calling you afterward to ask you about taking further classes. At first, one call was OK with me. But at this point, call after call, I'm super annoyed. I don't believe there is a way to hide your phone number from vendors so if being called repeatedly would bother you, you might want to reconsider.

Hi Anne , sorry for this experience. Our notes showed that you had shown interest in continuing the classes and even asked for program details for your second kid. Our team was following up because every time you mentioned that you were busy and could not talk at that time. You could have just let them know that the camp was fine and you don't want to continue at the moment and they would not have followed up. But we are glad the camp experience was good. Thanks.

Appreciate the reply. I did express interest in continuing and asked for info by email. The info was sent. I think this is the type of exchange you are asking customers to have with you. Then calling me four times thereafter is the problem. I would suggest that if someone asks for info by email that does not mean continue to call them until there is a problem. Please listen to your customers.
