Students will get hands on experience germinating seeds, planting seedlings, sewing cloth planters, building stuff out of wood, propagating plants, testing soil, dissecting plants, cultivating compost, identifying plants and animals, and looking life forms under the microscope!
There will be some brief, super-interesting video screenings, as well as some outside maintenance work for the garden. There may also be some guest appearances by local farm creatures!
I go to this school. It is really cool to learn and use technology. We learn in new and innovative ways. We still learn the basics but do interesting projects also. This is a great school!
