Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors who are specially trained for the postpartum body, it is a great workout for moms in all stages of motherhood!
This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"
Stroller Strides® is a PRENATAL and POSTPARTUM fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies.
Stroller-aged children are any children that can remain in the stroller for the duration of the workout (required). Our kiddos range in age from 6 weeks to 4 years.
A jogging stroller is NOT required to participate in Stroller Strides®
