About
Skatedogs Skateboarding Camp

Our goal is to advance the skateboarding skills for people of all ages and ability levels in a fun and safe environment. We have been providing private lessons all over Southern California since 1999 and in 2008 we launched our spring break and summer camps, after school classes, demos, and birthday parties. 

We believe that everyone should learn how to ride. It’s a great way to meet people, to stay in shape, and most importantly, to have fun!

The Skatedogs Mobile Skateboard Park: Summer camp, after school classes, private lessons, and b-day parties. The Skatedogs Skateboard Company believes that one size does not fit all. Our decks come in 4 sizes according to height.

Reason I love skateboarding: Simply put, I just feel good when I’m skateboarding. Nothing beats learning a new trick after working on it for days, or even years. I have met so many amazing people through skateboarding and I look forward to making new friends along the way!

Reason I like working with kids: I’m so happy to be able to use skateboarding as a tool to inspire children to find their passion in life, live a healthy lifestyle, and make long lasting friendships.

Pretty impressed with the week-long skate camp my 5yo took recently during this ridiculous COVID pandemic. While I didn’t exactly “hang out” and watch, I showed up 30 min each day to catch the tail end of the skills instruction. I was really impressed with how well the instructors were handling that many kids. They definitely don’t handle them with “kid gloves” like other camps, it’s pretty rough and rugged. But that’s #skatelife, right? Sam definitely internalized and continues to build on the skills he learned. We look forward to going back to pick up more skills in their after school/ after zoom class camp this fall. Highly recommend!
