Cancellation/Transfer Policies Under Normal Circumstances:

Weekly Class: Notify us 14 calendar days (2 weeks) before the class begins. You may get a credit equal to the full value, or a refund minus a non-refundable fee equal to 20% of the class's value to cover credit card and marketplace fees.

Weekly Camp: Notify us 21 calendar days (3 weeks) before the camp begins. You may get a credit equal to the full value, or a refund minus a non-refundable fee equal to 20% of the class's value to cover credit card and marketplace fees.

Home School: Students must cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to the first day of class for all group classes or the vendor will be paid for the entire class.

If requests for cancellation or transfer occurs with less than 14 calendar days for weekly classes or less than 21 calendar days for weekly camps, a credit of the paid amount minus a flat $20 administrative fee will be issued for usage with a future Communication Academy program.

All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not achieved: full refunds will be issued.
