$50 of the registration cost paid now is non-refundable and is used to ensure a place is saved in the camp for your child. Should you choose to cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of that camp session all but that $50 will be refunded. If you cancel less than 1 week prior to the start of camp, but still prior to the first day of camp, 50% of the remaining will be refunded, and the other 50% will be given in a camp credit to use towards a future camp. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of that camp session or later, no refund will be given, but you will be given a camp credit in the amount paid towards a future camp. Should your child need to drop out of the camp after attending, a camp credit will be given for a future camp in the amount of the unused portion of the tuition paid.
In instances of severe behavioral problems where disciplinary actions have proven unaffective, a child may be asked to not continue with camp and no refund will be given.
You must pay at least $50 at this time to register your child for camp. In order to still receive your early registration discounts, the rest must be paid by April 1 (for the early bird pre-registration discount) or at least 14 days prior to the start of that camp session for the early registration discount. If you choose to only pay the $50 now, the rest can be paid either through Paypal or with a check mailed to our mailing address: Troubadour Theatre/4639 E Duncan St/Tucson AZ 85712, or if you don't have any early registration discounts, you can choose to pay the rest in person on the first day of camp either with cash or check.
If you paid for the camp through Living Social or Groupon, we are unable to give any refunds in the event you need to cancel. If you need a refund, you'll need to contact Living Social or Groupon, or else we can give you credit towards a future camp.
Before and after camp care is available, more information will be provided via email at least one week prior to the start of camp.
We will send you a registration confirmation as soon as you register via email. About a week before the start of camp, we'll send out an email to all the parents with some additional camp info/forms and audition information for the students.
