10 star rating! Redwood City Martial Arts Kuk Sool Won studio is the very best Martial arts program on the Peninsula. My grand daughter loves Master Hafez who is an eighth degree black belt. Master Hafez teaches with kindness, compassion, caring & extreme knowledge of this Martial Art. He instructs each student to perform & learn to the best of their ability. It has been an absolute pleasure watching my grand daughter learn and progress going from a new white belt to a black-brown belt working toward a black belt degree. I have watched other students grain confidence, knowledge and skills while progressing over the years to achieve their accomplished & proud black belt status. The pride in watching Master Hafez’ and his students is heart warming and special. I am looking forward to seeing not only my grand daughter continue to work hard to become more proficient in skills, techniques, and knowledge and be able to receive her black belt but also her friends who have also been working just as diligently along the same goal of pride and accomplishment. Redwood City Kuk Sool Won is the best.

My 8yo son Max has been doing Kuk Sool for years and it has been fantastic for his balance, coordination, discipline, and confidence. He is now helping to teach the class, which is amazing. The master is super!

Our son attended Kuk Sool Won of Redwood City while we lived in Northern California. He attended for 2 years before we relocated. It was a great school that taught him discipline and self-defense. Our son loved it and he loved Sir Hafez who was amazing with all the kids.
