My 12 year old son was out visiting me this week from back East. He has a big festival coming up in which he will be performing so he wanted to spend some time practicing piano while he was here. We came in to the center on 4 separate occasions and were always greeted by friendly staff. The rooms are bright and lovely. The pianos are in tune. What a fabulous resource!!! (And a great vibe to boot.)

This is one of the things that makes being a parent in the City so worthwhile. My daughter and nephew both take classes her and we have numerous friends who come as well, adults and kids. The center is just a wonderful place to be. Sitting in the garden on a warm afternoon waiting for your child to finish class and listening to the sounds of music wafting out into the quite courtyard is about as good as it gets for a brief calming interval in a busy day.
