Family Tae Kwon Do Plus
Our goal increase the Leadership education in our community, by creating positive role models and citizens through martial arts and personal development training. Student Mission: “To act like a Black Belt each day at school and home and in martial arts classes. To lead others in class by doing my best and improving each and every day.” Family Taekwondo Plus has a convenient location in Citrus Heights, CA, a suburb of Sacramento. We offer martial arts classes for Kids, Adults, Families, and a special KinderKicks program for ages 3-5. Our school features 2 large training areas with soft mat floors, so students can practice drills safely. Parents and friends are invited to observe from our seating area, and instructors are always available to answer questions. We are located at the corner of Sunrise and Antelope in Citrus Heights, in the same center as California Family Fitness. Parents and prospective students are invited to come by during normal hours and observe a class and our instructors.

We started on this journey two years ago with our oldest son. It has been an amazing process. The instructors are all so great and the kids respond so well to them. Our second son just started kinder kicks a few weeks ago. I know all four of our kids will be involved in Family Tae Kwon do plus because it really is a family. Our two year old daughter is already on the side doing the kicks and punches she sees her brothers doing on the mat.

My children have only been coming here for a couple of months, and it's been such a wonderful experience for both of them. (And for mom and dad!) The atmosphere is so kind and welcoming. I love how every family member that is apart this establishment, joins the kids on the mats, and patiently helps and guide them. (along with many other phenomenal instructors) So far, my children have learned far more than just kicking/punching, it's so much more than that. They've learned to work harder, have more self-control, acquire self-defense skills...We can't wait to see how our children will progress over time, they can't either! Thank you so much!
