Girl Scouts create the world they want to live in and strive to make it better every single day. They explore their strengths, take on new challenges, and can always be themselves, regardless of background or ability. All girls are eligible to become Girl Scouts; every year, girls are introduced to Girl Scouting through the fun of summer camp!

Camp Misty Mountain

Camp Misty Mountain is nestled against the Appalachian Mountains on 1,000 acres of lakefront, open meadows, and forests. The girls explore a wide range of camp activities, including hiking, field and nature games, Western-style horseback riding, archery, climbing, swimming, kayaking, and more at this hub for high adventure activities. Camp Misty Mountain is open to grades 4–12, including Girl Scouts who are Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. Grades for summer camp are based on a camper’s fall 2023 school grade. 

Camp Meriwether

Camp Meriwether was established in 2001, this 270 acre camp features rolling hills, shady woods and open fields. Activities include an English equestrian program, miles of hiking trails, outdoor skills training, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, target sports (archery), climbing tower/challenge course and more!

Camp Timber Ridge

Camp Timber Ridge was established in 1924, this 280 acre camp features rolling hills, forests, and water. Activities include art projects, recreational swimming, STEM programs, high and low challenge course, canoeing and kayaking, outdoor skills, and more.
