For more than 75 years, YMCA Camp Campbell has provided enriching outdoor experiences to thousands of children, families, and adults from all over the greater San Jose area. With a wide variety of safe and exciting activities that focus on skill and self-confidence development, YMCA Camp Campbell is the ultimate year-round camp.

Our number one priority is creating a safe and enriching outdoor camping experience for your child.

We organize children and teens into age-specific cabin groups, where they meet new friends and enjoy enriching and fun activities as a unified group.

At YMCA Camp Campbell, we value children’s choices. On Sunday campers meet with their counselors to select activities and create their schedule. Campers build skills and confidence in these selected activities Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Every Wednesday, campers try something new for the day.

Each night at camp features a different evening activity including games, campfires, and the opportunity to sleep outside under the stars with your cabin group.
