Whether your child likes to bake, create, roast, sauté, fry or just blend, we have a camp for all interests. Our camps are organized into 3 age groups so all chefs team up with their peers. Ages are: Tiny Chefs 4-6, Lil’ Chefs 7-9 and Teen Chefs 10 and older.
All chefs will receive a Lil’ Chef School apron for the first camp enrolled to keep for their very own and will get to taste everything that they cook. All recipes are located on our website for the preparation at home. A child may also pack up any uneaten tastings to share at home as well. This is a hands-on cooking camp.

Chicken tenders, cookies, mac n cheese, pancakes, cupcakes, pizza, tacos, sliders, french fries, hush puppies & more…
Week 2: June 14-18 “French” 9 am-12 pm
Visit our favorite cafe in Paris and make homemade Mother sauces like Béarnaise and Béchamel with crepes, beignets, freshly baked baguettes, quiches & mousse from scratch.

Week 3: June 21-25 “BBQ State Fair” 9 am-12 pm
This camp creates BBQ favorites using a stovetop and oven like blueberry picnic bars, chocolate bread pudding, corn pancakes, homemade baked beans, sliders, pizza on a stick, corn dogs, pretzels, waffles n funnel cakes with strawberry sauce, hand pies & caramel apple bites.

For the “chocolate lover”… milk Chocolate, semi-sweet, dark chocolate & white chocolate into sweet recipes like cupcakes, pies, cookies, brownies & tortes.

Learn how to make famous recipes from all over the world. We will visit 5 International regions and cook with regional herbs & spices from Asia, Pacific Islands, Mediterranean, Latin America & Europe.
Week 7: July 19-23 “Italian” 9 am-12 pm
Learn to make pasta from scratch, homemade sauces, chicken fettuccine alfredo, tasty pizzas, and fabulous cannoli cupcakes with a rich ricotta filling & more!

Week 8: July 26-30 “Noodle Mania” 9 am-12 pm
Yummy camp for the “pasta lover”…recipes featuring all kinds of pastas from Italy. Kids will learn to make fettuccine noodles from scratch along with a garlic herbed butter sauce and cheese stuffed raviolis.
Week 9: August 2-6 “Pizzeria” 9 am-12 pm
In this camp, Lil’ chefs learn how to make different types of bread doughs from scratch, creating pizzas from all over the world. Learn how to work with puff pastry and phyllo doughs to create pizzas and sweets from various regions.
