Cooking workshops are a 2 hour event cooking and preparing 3 themed-based recipes, whether it be techniques in sautéing or baking. This is a hands-on cooking event, where your child will be grouped out according to age and cooking ability. They work in teams to complete all 3 recipes. We instruct on how to read and interpret a recipe, fun trivia ingredient substitutions and the technique and let them do the cooking!! We assist the younger groups and let our older and experienced chefs do the rest.

March Baking 101:
Join us for March Baking 2 hour Workshop. Lil’ Chefs will learn to make a mini Chocolate Meringue Cake with a whipped cream filling and fresh berries. Class is FULL
April Baking 101:
April 19- 5pm-7pm. Join us for a night of baking and decorating as we make an Easter Cookie Bouquet! Lil’ Chefs will learn to make Sugar cookies and icing then how to decorate and assemble their Cookie Bouquet to take home.
Adult only Cooking Class:
April 5 6pm-8pm. Join us for a fun evening and learn how to make Pasta from scratch, a Vodka Sauce (a tomato cream sauce with Prosciutto) and a Panzanella salad. Then enjoy your meal at the end of class. BYOB policy for your enjoyment! Cost: $50 per person Ages: Adults only
Overview of our Baking 101 classes: Lil’ Chefs will learn the importance of preheating an oven, exact measuring for wet and dry ingredients, following a recipe and working as a team to complete each recipe. During the course we will make doughs (Pie, Biscuit and Cookie) to make sweet and savory dishes, cake batter and buttercream frosting, as well as decorating skills using piping bags and fondant.
