Powell Robot Academy Arduino LEGO® Robot

Policies for ALL Robot Academy classes:

- Gift Certificates for online or in-person camps are refundable before 5/15/22.  We do not refund the 3% merchant processing fee.

-With confirmed seats for online camps, cancellation requests must be in writing (email) and will be taken up to 1 day before the first day of the start of the session.   We do not refund the 3% merchant processing fee.  Email all requests to: gail@robot-academy.com

-With confirmed seats for in-person camps, you can receive a refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of registering.   We do not refund the 3% merchant processing fee.  After 2 weeks from the time of registration, if your child is not able to attend the camps scheduled, then we will work at helping you to reschedule your child into a camp at one of our other locations or into a different time at the current location.  Free transfer into any camp with available space.  If that is not possible, then we can offer a Robot Academy Camp credit to be used at a Robot Academy camp or online course or Robot Academy Arduino LEGO Robots or private robot tutoring.  It is transferable.  Respectfully, no vouchers will be issued for no shows or cancellations on or after the camp starting time.  We do not refund for missed classes due to no shows.  Tuition will not be refunded once classes begin, but a refund may be prorated if the Robot Academy Staff decides it is in the best interest and safety of the camp to offer a camper a prorated refund.
