Transfer to a different camp for no charge, any time until 3pm seven days before the start of your camp session, pending availability.

Camper Cancellations:

• Cancellations prior to May 1, 2022, will receive a full refund of their payment, less a $30 processing fee for each session canceled.


• Cancellations between May 1, 2022 and, up to seven (7) business days prior to the camp start date, will receive a 100% credit towards their account for each session purchased, less a $30 processing fee for each session canceled. Credits may be used for any MPM Conservatory offering through August 31, 2023


• No credit or refunds will be provided for cancelations, within seven (7) business days of the camp start date.

MPM Conservatory Cancellations:

• If MPM Conservatory must cancel due to state, county or school health orders or mandate, campers will receive a 90% refund to the original payment method and a 10% credit that may be used through August 31, 2023


• 
  If MPM Conservatory cancels for any other reason, campers may choose a 100% refund to the original payment method, or a 100% credit towards their account. Credits may be used for any MPM Conservatory offering through August 31, 2023
  


• If MPM Conservatory cancels during a camp session due to state, county or school health orders or mandates, campers will receive a prorated credit based on the number of days canceled in that camp. Credits may be used for any MPM Conservatory offering through August 31, 2023
