Overview

Learn basic woodworking and model building combining basic work with metals. Learn how to safely use tools. Build the starters wooden mobile project and proceed to build a model sail boat or a balsa RC  airplane. Many project choices at all levels based on age and experience! Everything is being built from scratch -- No kits!

Updated for COVID-19: mostly outdoors,  social Distancing will be honored as much as possible but not guarantied. (temperature checks, masks are required, 6' and/or plexi-glass barrier, private set of tools, sanitizing etc).

My sons (ages 10 & 12) had a great time at building camp. They were both really into their projects and proud of what they made. I thought it was good that there were many different projects at different levels and that the kids (with some guidance) got to choose. The boys came home good and tired every day, too!
