I enrolled my two daughters in a day camp just a week ago. Bt they fall sick on the day of the camp. I asked them to reschedule but she denied it. In this COVID situation, it is very unlikely to know 3 weeks in advance about your kid's health.
This is very bad customer treatment. I have enrolled in another camp and they have customized and rescheduled the request. But this is very unkind behavior. I called them, wrote an email, and texted them. I do not expect a refund but rescheduling .

My kiddo has been to CD’s Art Studio for the past 2 years. She absolutely loves it there! I love the art that she brings home. What I like is that the art is not an artsy crafty sort but more upscale with mosaic, painting and melted glass. I love the atmosphere there. The teachers are very friendly and fun. I would recommend this art studio for sure!
