JCC Maccabi Sports Camp
The best Jewish overnight sports camp on the West Coast!
JCC Maccabi Sports Camp is an overnight Jewish sports summer camp located just outside of San Francisco in Atherton, California. Our camp welcomes athletes in grades 3 through 11 from around the world.
During our one, two, and four week camp sessions, campers develop skills in the sport of their choice – baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, dance, flag football, volleyball or running & fitness. Their daily routine also includes plenty of other sports and camp activities mixed in with the core values of a Jewish summer camp experience.

Our Staff
Our campers benefit from training with head and assistant coaches who are experts in their field and bring a great passion for coaching young athletes. Our carefully selected staff is comprised of former campers, college students, teachers, coaches and professionals, who are trained to be outstanding camp role models. They sing, hug, cheer, care, nurture, listen, understand, and uphold all of our camp values.

Both boys loved camp so much! From the minute we got into the car to drive home from camp and for many hours later, we heard how amazing camp was, what they did, how they loved baseball and their coaches, all about their terrific counselors Sam, David and Alex and cabin mates, the prayers they said before and after meals (we especially like when they say “ufaness!!!”, the Maccabi Cup, evening activities, the amazing food, and the list goes on!!!
