Create, Mix and Mingle Art Camps and Classes

I would absolutely recommend to a friend. The first day was clay art, the second day was paper maché, the third was watercolor, Thursday was acrylic paint, and Friday was free paint. My daughter’s favorite project was the free paint.

My daughter absolutely loved this camp. The instructors were terrific, she was excited to attend each day and she came home with beautiful artwork!

Check in process could have been smoother, had to wait 10 minutes to give the same information to the front desk that I had already provided upon registration online. Second, my daughter explained to me that one of the "rules" that the children were told by the art teacher was to "not do anything to piss him off." Not sure how appropriate of a rule that is for first-third graders to hear. Third, for $68 for 3 hours, a light snack could have been provided. Not sure I would sign up for this again after the first experience we had.

I enjoyed such a great class in brush & palette knife painting in January of Abstract Poppies. Elizabeth was a fine instructor. Using the palette knife for the first time has inspired me to take a class now in palette knife painting! I have my work of art on my living room wall and enjoy sharing it with family & friends. My son really enjoyed painting and making things at this camp. They are very well set up for all art activities.

Loved it!! I was a little nervous because my kids haven't been particularly interested in art before -- but I'd heard good things so we signed up. I was not disappointed. Each day when I asked how it was going, the kids said they had fun and made friends. They liked the counselors. And they are really proud of the projects they made (two of their paintings now hang in their room). I'm really pleased because I can tell that this program helped open up their interests in art and I'm sure they'll be happy to go again. I might even sign up for a class myself :) Thanks!

Had a great time visiting Create, Mix & Mingle twice this week. My daughter especially enjoyed a private art lesson with Chan today. Look forward to the next one!

Great spot for kids!! My 10-year old son has attended two week-long summer camps and is a big fan of this creative studio. The separate kids' room is located on the corner of the space with bright sunlight streaming through the windows. With colorful artwork covering the walls, and an efficient and well-organized studio laid out for the day, you can feel good about leaving your child for the morning or the all-day session because they will have a great time. The staff and the artist of the day lead the kids through the steps to create wonderful painted canvases. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work my son has created - much better than anything he has been able to achieve at school. Each piece he paints builds on things he has learned and they get better and better. He's ready for Week 3!

We had Create, Mix & Mingle come out to our summer camp today! It was an amazing experience for our campers and well as for our staff. Everyone was so nice, organized and professional.

My daughter and husband did the family painting for Fathers Day. They were very happy with the way the event was coordinated and with their paintings. My daughter now finished a week of camp in this facility and once again we are very pleased. My daughter had fun and created some awesome paintings. We recommend this place for either kids or adults!
