Bricks 4 Kidz of Memphis does not have upcoming sessions on ActivityHero right now. We can send you an email when they do.
We know that moms and dads checking out our programs are growing tomorrow’s rocket scientists, computer programmers, and robotics engineers. It’s no easy task, and Bricks 4 Kidz is here to help! We are passionate about fostering kids’ natural curiosity and creativity. Our teachers, camp counselors, and party hosts are engaged every day in mentoring and inspiring kids through an exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), in a fun and engaging way — the Bricks 4 Kidz way!
Chris & Maria Howard are the owners of the Knoxville Bricks 4 Kidz. They launched Bricks 4 Kidz in Knoxville mid-summer 2013, introduced the After-School Program in 10 schools in West Knox County that fall, and opened a Creativity Center at the Shops at Franklin Square in May 2014. Chris has had a life-long passion for LEGO toys, with some of his artistic LEGO creations showcased on his website duckingham.com and now at the Creativity Center. He enjoys teaching kids “cool techniques”, and is always impressed to see what “cool techniques” kids come up with on their own. Maria didn’t realize how many LEGO bricks she was marrying into but has a degree in Elementary Education, plans out the curriculum for our classes & events in Knoxville, and enjoys the opportunity to teach basics of architecture and STEM through the medium of LEGO toys. Together, Chris & Maria are the proud parents of 4 kids – 2 boys, and 2 girls, who all inherited that love for LEGO toys.
