Center for Engineering Diversity & Outreach Pre-Collegiate Students

Our programming is designed to help develop highly sought-after engineering talent while exposing pre-collegiate students to the field of engineering and encouraging them to attend Michigan Engineering. 

CEDO also assists with the recruitment of students from communities that are historically excluded and underserved in engineering while working with current students to support their academic, personal, and professional development.

Our notion of fairness at work should have a common baseline, we must establish what that baseline is and start to improve it from there. This is why I want to participate in this group. Educational institutions are the ideal place where these issues should be talked about and resolved.

I want to educate my colleagues, students, all with whom I interact about fairness, anti-discrimination and appreciation for diversity and basic human rights and responsibilities.
