Pacific Soccer Academy (PSA) is a player development soccer academy. Our primary goal is to retain players by emphasizing the improvement of the individual first and to win matches second. We offer development programs in Alemeda, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties working with children's soccer for ages three and a half years and above and adult soccer for ages seventeen years and above. Youth players are developed in hopes of one day playing on the Academy's Senior Team in order to earn a collegiate scholarship or professional contract. Concentrating on winning at the senior level allows us to develop players at the youth level. The team has won the NorCal Premier League Cup Championship the past two out of three years and is the first team in US Club History to be allowed to qualify for the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. PSA is proud to have over a 90% retention rate successfully combating the over 50% drop out rate of players after the age of 12 years found locally and nationwide.
