Overview

Get Your Body Back's active fitness program is called Core & More.  It is medium to fast-paced, has a mix of cardio, strength & core exercises and is designed to challenge and make you SWEAT!  

Ages 8 and above are welcome to join.  (Younger children may join at the guardians discretion)  This would be a great way to have PE at home for home schoolers and only 30 minutes long!  Even make it a family workout!
